Mini Hamburgers
Ingredients
- Yuca Chips La Fe
- 125 gr Ground Beef
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Egg
- 100 gr Bread Crumbs
- 4 Mini hamburger bread
- 10 gr Salt
- 1 Slice of lettuce
- 4 Slices of cheese
- 2 Cherry tomatoes
- 50 gr Tomato Sauce
- 4 Slices of ham
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl combine, ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, egg and mix.
- Pre-heat the grill with olive oil.
- Make patties with the beef and cook each side until in the grill for 10 minutes.
- Add cheese on top of the patties.
- In the same grill pre-heat the hamburger bread.
- Build the burger, first lettuce then the patty with cheese, ham, tomato sauce on the top slice of bread and close. Eat with a side of yuca chips and enjoy!
