Ingredients
  

  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Lemons
  • 40 gr Cilantro
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Spices
  • Flour tortillas
  • 200 gr Minced meat
  • 30 gr Salt
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • In a mixing bowl mix the meat, garlic cloves, salt and spices. Then make oval or finger shapes and put a side.
  • Cut your red onion in rings and add it them to a bowl with water and lime and let the lime cook the onions while you cook the rest of the recipe.
  • Add to a blender the onion, tomatoes, cilantro, lime, chili pepper, salt, olive oil and mix until you get your sauce.
  • Cook the meat for 10 minutes.
  • Heat in a hot pan the flour tortilla and the build your taco.
  • Assemble the tacos by spooning the mince meat mixture into each tortilla. Add the spicy sauce on top with the onions and lime. Enjoy!
