Lomo a la Provenzal a la Parrilla
Ingredients
- Tenderloin medallions
- Bacon
- Tostones La Fe
Instructions
- First cut the head corner of the tenderloin medallions and then cut pieces approximately the width of the bacon because you will be wrapping it around the meat.
- season the meat with chimichurri and wrap the piece of meat with the bacon.
- Cook in the grill for 4-5 minutes on each side and enjoy with tostones or any sides you prefer.
