In a mixing bowl add the squids, shrimp, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, parsley and mix.
Toss the calamari rings and shrimp into the flour mixture, coating them evenly. Shake off any excess flour. Toss them in the egg and then the panko and set a side.
Tartara Sauce: Blend carrots and pass it through a cloth strainer, same with the onions and parsley. Mix all this vegetables with the mayonnaise and add lime juice, salt, pepper, boild eggs, capers and mix.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat. You will need enough oil to submerge the calamari and shrimp pieces.
Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Avoid overcooking.
