Fish Tacos
Ingredients
- 150 gr Flour Tortillas La Fe
- 250 gr Fish
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Red Onion
- 20 gr Cilantro
- 1 Avocado
- 125 gr Flour
- 15 gr Cumin
- 15 gr Paprika
- 15 gr Salt
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
Instructions
- Cut the red pepper, onions and cilantro in thin slices.
- Mix flour, cumin, salt, paprika and mix.
- Cut the fish in pieces and add mayonnaise, salt, paprika and mix.
- Then mix the fish in the flour and fry until crispy on both sides.
- Heat the tortillas, add smashed avocado of the tortillas, then the fish and topt it with red pepper, onions, cilantro and lime.ENJOY
