Place the chorizos and bacon in the air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) and cooker ten minutes or until golden brown.
In a baking dish, add the whole sweet corn along with the tomato puree, crema de leche, pepper and cream cheese then stir lightly.
Remove the chorizos from the air fryer and cut them along with the bacon and add it to a baking dish with the corn and mix. Then add more crema de leche and mix again.
Add the chorizo, bacon and corn mix to a bowl and top it with more cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and yellow cheese, then return to the air fryer to melt and brown for five minutes.
