Colada Cubana, or Cuban coffee, is a strong, sweet coffee beverage that is traditionally served in small cups called “tacitas.” It is made with finely ground coffee beans and sweetened with sugar, and is usually served with a small spoon called a “cucharita.” The flavors of Colada Cubana are bold and intense, and it is often enjoyed by Cubans as a way to start the day or as a pick-me-up in the afternoon.
In addition to its caffeine content, Colada Cubana is also known for its rich, smooth flavor and aroma. Some people like to add a splash of milk or cream to their Colada Cubana to balance out the sweetness and add a creamy texture.
