Cocadas Peruana
Ingredients
- Coconut Water La Fe
- 1 cup Brown Sugar La Fe
- 2 cups Shredded Coconut
- Panela
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
Instructions
- In a hot pan, add the panela and brown sugar and a add a little coconut water.
- When everything is well mixed add the shredded coconut and mix until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- With the help of a spoon, shape the cocadas and wait for them to cool for an hour in the refrigerator. Then you will have delicious cocadas to enjoy with the family!
