Chivito Uruguayo
Ingredients
- Tostones La Fe
- 2 Slices Mozzarella Cheese La Fe
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Red Bell peppers
- 1 Onion
- 2 Lettuce Slices
- Olive Oil
- 300 gr Meat
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mayonnaise
- 3 Slices of Bacon
- Bread
- 1 tsp Oregano
Instructions
- In a skillet grilled the onions and the red bell pepper.
- In the same skillet cook the meat add salt and pepper to give it taste. Then add the mozzarella cheese on top of the meat so it can melt.
- Then open the bread thought the middle add mayonnaise on one side.
- Then start building your chivito uruguayo! First add the lettuce, then tomatoes slices, then the grilled onions, on top of the meat with the cheese, after two fried eggs, bacon and last the bell pepper.
- Add oregano on close your sandwich. Cut in half and enjoy with some salty tostones.
