Ingredients

250 gr Chicken
100 ml Mustard
50 ml Honey
2 Eggs
30 gr Salt & Paprika
125 gr Breadcrumbs
125 gr Flour
30 gr Baking Soda

Instructions

Cut chicken in strips and add salt, paprika, pepper and mustard ands mix it well.
For the sauce mix mustard and honey and refrigerate until the chicken is ready.
In a shallow dish, add the flour, then in another shallow dish, beat the eggs and in a third shallow dish, add the panko breadcrumbs.
Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Dip the chicken tenders in the beaten eggs, then coat them in the panko breadcrumbs. Place the coated chicken tenders on board.
Cook the chicken for 15 minutes in the air fryer and serve with your honey mustard sauce.
