These empanadas are the ultimate comfort food! Over the years, empanadas have become very famous around the world. Empanadas have a lot of different types of stuffings but, the one’s with cheese filling, are everyones favorite. Who doesn’t like cheese!
2 1/2cupof white cheese La Fe or any other melting cheese
Oil for frying
Instructions
First, get the pastry dough and separate them from each other.
Next, shred the melting cheese of your election.
After, you will mix the melting butter and egg.
Last but not least, start building your empanadas, add the cheese on one of the sides of the pastry dough and fold it in half and close.
When you have your empanadas ready and close get your butter and egg mix and spread it with a spatula on the top of your empanada en sprinkle with sugar.
Get your air fryer or hot oil ready to cook for 15 minutes and when they are ready you can enjoy!
