Ingredients
- 200 gr Salmon fillete
- 3 small potatoes
- 50 gr butter
- 2 eggs
- 50 gr heavy cream
- 50 gr fresh cheese La Fe
- 50 gr of fresh cilantro
- 500 ml olive oil
- 1 tomato
- 50 ml lime juice
- 50 gr red onion
- 1 cebollin
- 1 chilli pepper
- 100 gr bread crumbs
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes in boiling water.
- In a food processor, add the salmon, heavy cream, melted butter, cilantro and red onions and chop.
- In a large mixing bowl add fish mix, potatoes, cheese, bread crumbs salt and pepper. Well mixed and add oil and start shaping them in small patties.
- Cook them in the air-fryer for 15 minutes.
- For the sauce cut cebollin, cilantro, tomato, chilli pepper, salt, lemon and mix.
- Remove the croquettes from the air fryer and serve the croquettes warm with your dipping sauce. Enjoy
