Ingredients
- 1 Kernel Corn Can La Fe
- 120 gr Tomato Paste La Fe
- 100 gr Mozzarella Cheese La Fe
- 125 gr Garlic Tostones La Fe
- 200 gr Chorizo
- 200 gr Bacon
- Pepper
- 100 gr Yellow Cheese
- 100 gr Cream Cheese
- 5 gr Parsley
- 100 ml Crema de Leche
Instructions
- Place the chorizos and bacon in the air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) and cooker ten minutes or until golden brown.
- In a baking dish, add the whole sweet corn along with the tomato puree, crema de leche, pepper and cream cheese then stir lightly.
- Remove the chorizos from the air fryer and cut them along with the bacon and add it to a baking dish with the corn and mix. Then add more crema de leche and mix again.
- Add the chorizo, bacon and corn mix to a bowl and top it with more cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and yellow cheese, then return to the air fryer to melt and brown for five minutes.
- Top it with more chorizo and parsley. Serve with garlic tostones and you'r ready to enjoy!
