Ingredients
- 2 red bellpeppers
- 8 oz of cream cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp of salt
- Yuquita sticks La Fe
Instructions
- Roast the bell peppers: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds and membranes. Place the peppers on a baking sheet, cut-side down. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the skin is blackened and blistered.
- Remove from the oven and place the peppers in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 10 minutes. This will allow the peppers to steam, making it easier to peel off the skin. After 10 minutes, peel off the skin and chop the peppers.
- In a blender add the roasted peppers, garlic, olive oil, salt and mix well.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and the bell-pepper mix add more salt if necessary and mix very well.
- In the airfyer add the yuquita sticks for 15 minutes until cooked and crispy.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious bell pepper dip!
