Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 200 gr Wheat Flour
- 240 gr Sugar
- 160 ml Vegetable oil
- 6 gr Baking Powder
- 4 Eggs
- 10 gr Orange essence
- 200 gr Carrot
- 100 ml Milk
- 100 ml cream
- 300 gr Cream Cheese
- 100 gr Powder Sugar
- 3 units Lemon
- 100 gr Chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 320°F. Grease the cake pans with cooking spray and flour.
- In a large bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until combined. Add the oil and orange essence until everything is combined.
- Add flour to the same bowl and beat until well combined. Later add the milk and cream and mix. Last get your grated carrots and mix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pans 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- When you get the cake out of the oven cut it in half through the middle and separate.
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add in the powdered sugar, lemon juice and beat well until it's mixed.
- Fill the bottom part of the cake with the cream cheese frosting, then close it with the top part and decorate with the frosting.
- Add lemon zest to the top of the frosting and chocolates to decorate. Last but not least, top if with powder sugar. Enjoy!
