In a large, heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine the rice, milk, sugar and cinnamon stick. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Then in a bowl put the two egg yolks and in another bowl the egg whites.
To the egg yolk bowl add two table spoons of sugar and mix.
Same thing with the egg whites bowl and repeat.
Last but not least add the mixture of the egg yolks to the saucepan and mix. Then remove the cinnamon sticks.
Then add the egg whites mixture to the sauce pan and mix again all together.
Then serve in a bowl and garnish with ground cinnamon and enjoy!
