Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork pieces, paprika, salt and brown them on all sides for about 5 minutes.
Add the onion, tomatoes, and cook until they soften, about 5 minutes.
Add cilantro and garlic sauce and add the rice and mix with the pork in the same skillet.
Add the cilantro & garlic sauce and the rice to the skillet and stir. Then add the pink beans or habichuelas. Add the water and stir well. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
