Apple Pancakes
Ingredients
- 100 gr Oatmeal La Fe
- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Greek Yogurt
- 10 ml Vanilla Essence
- 1 Apple
- Baking Powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats flour, yogurt, baking powder, vanilla, egg, and mix all together.
- Cut the apple in slice and covered it with the pancake mixture.
- Pre-heat a pan with oil and cook each side until they have a gold color.
